| ConvEx Korea Inc. stands
for Convention and Exhibitions in Korea. Since its foundation
in 1998, ConvEx has organized many important conventions and
symposia for such organizations as the Federation of Korean
Industries, UNDP, Ministry of Maritime Affairs & Fisheries,
Seoul Metropolitan Government, Pusan Metropolitan Government,
Kyonggi-do Provincial Government, the Japanese government, Education
Broadcasting Corporation (EBS), Korea Gas Corporation (KOGAS)
and Korea Gas Union.
ConvEx Korea has 19 years
of experience in convention industry since it started business
with the name "Korea Institute of Simultaneous Interpretation
(KISI)" as the first translation-interpretation organization
by honor graduates of the Graduate School of Translation and
Interpretation of Hankuk Univ. of Foreign Studies.
ConvEx Korea is proud of
its professionalism in providing full scope of service in organizing
conferences and exhibitions - from bidding to attract meetings
to the nation and to particular cities, venue inspection, hotel
negotiation to manpower supplying, quality control of all aspects
of meeting management and catering. With experiences in some
1,800 meetings and conferences hosted by the Presidential Office,
Foreign Ministry, Economic Organizations, R&D Centers, academic
societies and business firms over the past 19 years, reasonable
budget management is another expertise we value. ConvEx has
organized language service teams for such events as APEC Leaders
Meeting 1993-1997, Presidential New Year's Press Conferences,
1st ASEM meeting in Bangkok, and ASEAN plus 3.
ConvEx Korea has
expanded its services to PR, promotion and publishing in 2000.
ConvEx has worked for publishing projects of research institutes,
universities and the government.
