KISI selects, trains and dispatches
on-site staff according to the request of the client. Staff-training is critical for overall quality of on-site management although not many people understand the importance. Minor mistakes and careless behavior of on-site staff may impact the success of the overall event. KISI assigns staff according to the language and service demands of the client, and ensures the full-fledged training and disciplining of its staff. KISI also monitors staff performance for evaluation and future development. Demand for qualified and trained on-site staff has been increasing as big conferences and exhibitions are being held in Korea. By 2002, Korea will have 5 new state-of-the-art convention centers across the nation and 6 more by year 2009.
